Jen Shell
Executive Assistant & Practice Manager

ABOUT

I moved to Austin 6 years ago from the Chicago area with my two kids (now 17 and 20). I've been in Customer Service for well over 20 years, focused primarily in the beauty industry, as I realized early on that I enjoy being able to contribute to making people look and feel their very best.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked in and managed some world-renowned salon and spas in the industry and am excited to take my mission to the next level here at Aloe Skin + Body by Dr. Whitfield! In my spare time, I love spending time with my kids, watching live music, and being around the people I love.
Denise Nack
Health Information and Credentialing Coordinator

ABOUT

Just a little about me! Denise Nack, aka DeeDee. I’ve been in the medical field since 1995. Entering the medical field was because of my beautiful and loving mother.

She lost her battle with ovarian cancer back in 1992 and it helped me realize exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I set out to be a fashion designer but changed courses and graduated from The University of Phoenix, Arizona with my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. I also currently hold a NAMSS CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certificate. I’m a two-term past president of my local chapter of the medical staff community and I’m going on 4 years with the “Whitfield” administrative team.

I love helping others, doing the impossible, puzzles, singing, dancing, playing the piano, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m married to a wonderful man, a mother, and a grandmother. I’m the oldest of the team, but very young at heart! I love challenges and this last couple of years have presented many challenges to all of us. My motto to life in general is stay positive, when you are handed lemons, make sweet, wonderful lemonade, and remember the next day is a new day and the previous day has passed!

ABOUT

“Born in Houston, TX on Earth Day (of all days!), I grew up in the country just outside of Austin. After high school, I spent 8 years of my life in San Marcos, TX, going to school at Texas State University. With a passion for science, I studied microbiology, chemistry and psychology. I was inspired by the ecosystem conservation and immunology. This follows with my love for nature, plants and animals. I am now living in South Austin, in the truly odd 78704 zip code. I also am a proud kitty mom to Bowie, Ziggy, Meatloaf, Luche, and Manini.
I worked as a number two administrative assistant to a brand new graduate dept of Texas State. Starting my guest relations pathway, I worked later as a manager for a restaurant, leasing manager for an apartment complex and front desk manager at a salon. My experience in different industries of guest services led me to Aloe Skin and Body.”

Erin-Kate Earnest
Licensed Aesthetician

ABOUT

I moved to Austin in 2007 initially working as a cake decorator. After seeing the toll the industry was taking on my skin, I developed a love of skin care and started a new career path.

My favorite part of being an aesthetician is helping to make real changes in your skin and seeing real results through well planned treatments and a consistent home care routine. One of my main goals is educating clients on how to build and follow a routine that is targeted to their specific needs. I truly believe skin care is self care and that everyone deserves to invest in themselves.
