Our Team

Carol Currier

Licensed Massage Therapist
I grew up in Burlington, Vermont nestled between the mountains and the lake. A longing for bigger horizons and warmer temperatures brought me to Austin, Texas in 1998. At Aloe Skin + Body by Dr. Whitfield I offer both therapeutic and lymphatic massage.

With 25 years of experience, I will inherently find the tension and release muscles. I can incorporate cupping, hot and cold stone therapy, craniosacral, foot reflexology and aromatherapy to best suite each individual. I am a Master level Reiki Teacher and certified in Manual Lymph Drainage- the Vodder Technique. Recently I have also become certified in Gua Sha technique for the face and body. Whether it's pure relaxation, lymphatic drainage, soft tissue release or fascial restructuring I can customize the appointment to fit your desires.

Erin-Kate Earnest

Licensed Aesthetician
I moved to Austin in 2007 initially working as a cake decorator. After seeing the toll the industry was taking on my skin, I developed a love of skin care and started a new career path.

My favorite part of being an aesthetician is helping to make real changes in your skin and seeing real results through well planned treatments and a consistent home care routine. One of my main goals is educating clients on how to build and follow a routine that is targeted to their specific needs. I truly believe skin care is self care and that everyone deserves to invest in themselves.

Denise Nack

Health Information and Credentialing Coordinator
Just a little about me! Denise Nack, aka DeeDee. I’ve been in the medical field since 1995. Entering the medical field was because of my beautiful and loving mother.

She lost her battle with ovarian cancer back in 1992 and it helped me realize exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I set out to be a fashion designer but changed courses and graduated from The University of Phoenix, Arizona with my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. I also currently hold a NAMSS CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) certificate. I’m a two-term past president of my local chapter of the medical staff community and I’m going on 4 years with the “Whitfield” administrative team.

I love helping others, doing the impossible, puzzles, singing, dancing, playing the piano, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m married to a wonderful man, a mother, and a grandmother. I’m the oldest of the team, but very young at heart! I love challenges and this last couple of years have presented many challenges to all of us. My motto to life in general is stay positive, when you are handed lemons, make sweet, wonderful lemonade, and remember the next day is a new day and the previous day has passed!

Jen Shell

Executive Assistant to Dr. Robert Whitfield
& Assistant Manager at Aloe Skin + Body
I moved to Austin 6 years ago from the Chicago area with my two kids (now 17 and 20). I've been in Customer Service for well over 20 years, focused primarily in the beauty industry, as I realized early on that I enjoy being able to contribute to making people look and feel their very best.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked in and managed some world-renowned salon and spas in the industry and am excited to take my mission to the next level here at Aloe Skin + Body by Dr. Whitfield! In my spare time, I love spending time with my kids, watching live music, and being around the people I love.

Stephanie Wise

Patient Concierge Lead
I'm so excited to be living in Austin since moving to the area in January 2021. I joined Aloe Skin + Body with Dr. Whitfield after my previous work in a plastic surgery environment in the prestigious area of Newport Beach, California.

I have 8 years of experience working in various positions in medical spas and plastic surgery practices, including working hands-on as a licensed aesthetician, in management, as well as in administrative positions. I love to combine my expertise in aesthetics with my experience in customer service to be able to connect with each patient, and help to provide you with a smooth experience throughout the entire surgical journey.

Millie Asschenbach

Certified Medical Assistant
Lighthearted-Libra with an optimistic view on life. I’m the mom of four; three grown with families of their own and one inquisitive 10yr old at home. I’ve been an MA since 2007, recently extending to a holistic medical practice and cosmetic medicine and aesthetics. My passion comes from the joy I receive in helping others. When I am not working, enjoy music, outdoor time to meditate/ reflect, cooking and entertaining my family. One day I’ll have a tiny home on wheels so I can travel the world!

Claudia Carballar

Social Media Manager
A few fun facts about me: I love traveling, cooking and socializing! I have also always been interested in plastic surgery, aesthetics, and science, although I pursued a bachelors in communications. But life had a great way of still making these interests a part of my work and path!

The study of communication and media marketing has always been attractive to me. I have a real passion for improvement, growth, and client success through professional support, charisma and strategy.

As Social Media Manager at Aloe Skin + Body by Dr. Whitfield, I have the honor of sharing our mission and vision with our audience, patients, and followers. I strive to create content that brings out the voice of our organization, image and message, hoping it reaches people and attracts them to a place where they can meet their wants and needs.

I am constantly inspired by the great team and Dr. Rob! They are truly professional and kind individuals, who make my day to day at work all the more interesting!

Daniel Guerra

Certified Surgical Technologist
I am a certified surgical technologist, currently in Austin Texas. Fun fact, I went to the same high school as Dr. Rob in Las Vegas, Nevada. I've worked with Dr. Rob since 2018 and assist in all his surgeries. I now work privately for him since October 2021.

Courtney Holeman

Patient Care Concierge
“Born in Houston, TX on Earth Day (of all days!), I grew up in the country just outside of Austin. After high school, I spent 8 years of my life in San Marcos, TX, going to school at Texas State University. With a passion for science, I studied microbiology, chemistry and psychology. I was inspired by the ecosystem conservation and immunology. This follows with my love for nature, plants and animals. I am now living in South Austin, in the truly odd 78704 zip code. I also am a proud kitty mom to Bowie, Ziggy, Meatloaf, Luche, and Manini.
I worked as a number two administrative assistant to a brand new graduate dept of Texas State. Starting my guest relations pathway, I worked later as a manager for a restaurant, leasing manager for an apartment complex and front desk manager at a salon. My experience in different industries of guest services led me to Aloe Skin and Body.”

Kim Warner

Patient Care Coordinator
With a diverse background of experience, ranging from non-profit management to the service industry to even being a personal assistant at one point, the common theme is my passion for serving others and providing an exceptional level of care. My goal is to assist in making the entire process as smooth as possible for our patients, and maybe provide a little humor (for levity’s sake) along the way.
When I am not working, I can usually be found exploring a local park with my 2 dogs, participating at Trivia Night with friends (where we inevitably lose, but instead manage to win more of a “Miss Congeniality” level of recognition), or seeing all the sights that Texas has to offer via motorcycle!

Jessica Rodriguez

Licensed Aesthetician
I am a mother of 2 very active teenagers that keep me busy, as well as on my toes! In my spare time I enjoy yoga, all things outdoors, cooking for and entertaining my friends and family.

In 2014 I received my aesthetic education from Aveda Arts & Science Institute, turning my passion for wellness, holistic health and nourishing the body from the inside out into a career. After 7 years in the aesthetic world, I never want to stop learning! Keeping an open mind and heart are important to my growth. I look forward to joining you in your skin care journey.
